Using SeeMyTrip

User Agreement

This agreement explains the responsibilities you accept when using a SeeMyTrip account, requesting or purchasing travel, and communicating through our services.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Acceptance

By visiting, registering, requesting a quotation, making a booking, using a business account or otherwise interacting with SeeMyTrip services, you agree to this User Agreement, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the rules disclosed for the selected supplier or product.

If you do not agree, do not use the service or submit a booking. Product-specific conditions shown at checkout or in a quotation form part of your agreement.

2. Your eligibility and authority

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, unless a lawful guardian acts for you.
  • If you book for another person, you confirm that you are authorised to act for them and to provide their information.
  • You must make all travellers aware of the applicable booking conditions and privacy information.
  • If you use an agency, franchise or corporate account, you confirm that you are authorised by that organisation.

3. Accurate information

You agree to provide complete and accurate names, contact details, dates, identity information, business records and payment information. Traveller names must match the document used for travel. You must promptly check confirmations and notify us of errors.

You are responsible for costs or consequences arising from incorrect information you supplied, subject to applicable law and any error attributable to SeeMyTrip.

4. Accounts and security

  • Keep usernames, passwords, one-time codes and account access confidential.
  • Do not permit unauthorised persons to use your account.
  • Notify SeeMyTrip promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, fraud or credential compromise.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account until unauthorised use is reported, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may require verification, reset credentials, restrict access or suspend an account to protect users, suppliers or the platform.

5. Booking authority and confirmation

Submitting a request authorises SeeMyTrip to seek the selected travel service and, where applicable, collect payment. A booking is confirmed only when a ticket, voucher, booking reference or supplier confirmation is issued. Search results, quotations, payment attempts and acknowledgements do not independently guarantee inventory.

You must review the final itinerary, fare or rate conditions, inclusions, exclusions and supplier details before confirmation.

6. Supplier rules

Airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour providers, insurers, visa providers and other suppliers may impose their own rules for check-in, baggage, conduct, changes, cancellations, no-shows, refunds, documentation and fulfilment. You agree to follow the rules applicable to your booking.

Where SeeMyTrip acts as an intermediary, the supplier remains responsible for delivering the underlying service, while SeeMyTrip remains responsible for its own booking and support obligations.

7. Prices and payment authorisation

You authorise SeeMyTrip and its payment partners to process the amount presented or approved by you. Prices can change until supplier confirmation. You agree to pay applicable fare or rate, taxes, supplier charges and clearly disclosed service fees.

You must not use an unauthorised payment method, attempt an improper chargeback, or make a payment connected to fraud or unlawful activity. A legitimate billing dispute may be raised through SeeMyTrip support and the remedies available under law.

8. Travel documents and traveller readiness

You are responsible for verifying passport validity, visas, transit permissions, identity, health documents, insurance and destination requirements. You must arrive and check in within supplier deadlines. General information from SeeMyTrip does not replace advice from an embassy, immigration authority, health authority or other competent body.

9. Changes, cancellations and no-shows

You authorise SeeMyTrip to process a confirmed change or cancellation request under the applicable supplier rules. Penalties, fare differences, non-refundable components and disclosed service fees may apply. Failure to travel or check in does not automatically cancel a booking or create a refund entitlement.

10. Communications and electronic records

You agree that booking information, invoices, notices, policy updates and support communications may be provided electronically using the contact details you supply. You are responsible for monitoring those channels and keeping them current.

Operational messages concerning a booking may be sent even if you opt out of marketing. Marketing communications are handled according to your preferences and applicable law.

11. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Make speculative, false, duplicate or fraudulent bookings.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent authority, identity or eligibility.
  • Interfere with platform operation, security, pricing or availability.
  • Use bots, scraping, extraction or automated access without written permission.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Resell content or services except through an approved B2B, franchise or corporate arrangement.
  • Use the service for unlawful, abusive or harmful activity.

12. Reviews, feedback and submitted content

If you submit feedback, reviews or other content, it must be accurate, lawful, relevant and must not infringe another person’s rights. You retain ownership of your original content but permit SeeMyTrip to use, reproduce and display it for service, support and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy choices. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive or irrelevant content.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, non-payment, unlawful conduct, repeated misuse or material breach of this agreement. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to clarify. Existing confirmed bookings remain subject to their applicable terms unless separately cancelled.

14. B2B agents, franchisees and corporate users

Business users must comply with their separate agreement, commercial schedule, credit or wallet rules, user permissions and customer-data responsibilities. They must not misstate prices, commissions, authority or supplier conditions. If a signed business agreement conflicts with this general User Agreement, the specific signed provision governs that relationship.

15. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. When you provide information about another traveller, you confirm that you have authority to do so and have shared the relevant privacy information with them.

16. Complaints and applicable law

Contact SeeMyTrip first so we can review the issue and relevant supplier records. Nothing in this agreement removes any mandatory consumer right or remedy. The agreement is governed by the laws of India, and jurisdiction is addressed in the Terms and Conditions.

17. Changes to this agreement

We may revise this agreement for service, security, operational or legal changes. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Material changes will be communicated where required. Conditions already attached to a confirmed booking continue to apply as required by law.
