Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the rules that apply when you access SeeMyTrip, request a quotation or make a travel booking.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SeeMyTrip website, applications, communications, quotations and booking services. “SeeMyTrip”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the SeeMyTrip business operating the relevant service. “You” means the traveller, customer, account holder or person making a booking.
By using the service or confirming a booking, you accept these terms, the applicable supplier rules, fare or rate conditions, and any product-specific conditions shown during booking.
2. Our role and travel suppliers
SeeMyTrip may act as an intermediary between you and independent airlines, hotels, rail or bus operators, tour providers, insurers, visa-service providers, activity operators, payment providers and other suppliers. The supplier provides the underlying travel service and its conditions also apply.
Availability, schedules, amenities, baggage, check-in, fulfilment and supplier decisions are generally controlled by the relevant supplier. SeeMyTrip remains responsible for the services it directly provides and will assist with booking administration within the applicable rules.
3. Eligibility and booking responsibility
- You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and provide accurate, complete traveller and contact information.
- The person making a booking must be authorised to act for every traveller included and must share the applicable terms and privacy information with them.
- Names must match the traveller’s valid identification or passport. Corrections may be restricted or chargeable.
- You are responsible for reviewing dates, destinations, fare rules, inclusions and traveller details before payment.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Travel prices are dynamic and may change until the supplier confirms the booking. Prices may include base fare or rate, taxes, supplier charges and disclosed SeeMyTrip fees. Some local, resort, baggage, seat, visa, insurance or destination charges may be payable separately.
Payment is subject to authorisation by the relevant bank or payment provider. A payment acknowledgement is not itself a booking confirmation. If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may cancel the affected transaction and refund the amount received, or offer you the correctly priced option before confirmation.
5. Confirmation and travel documents
A booking becomes confirmed when SeeMyTrip issues or communicates a booking reference, ticket, voucher or supplier confirmation. You must review the documents promptly and report errors. Supplier check-in, reconfirmation and document rules remain your responsibility.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes, cancellations, no-shows and refunds are governed by the selected fare or rate, supplier rules and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Deductions may include supplier penalties, fare differences, non-refundable components and disclosed SeeMyTrip fees.
7. Passports, visas, health and destination requirements
You are responsible for verifying and carrying valid passports, visas, permits, identification, vaccinations, insurance and other documents required by origin, transit and destination authorities. Information provided by SeeMyTrip is general assistance and is not legal, immigration or medical advice.
8. Traveller conduct and special requests
You must comply with supplier rules, laws and safety instructions. Suppliers may refuse service for unlawful, unsafe, abusive or disruptive conduct. Seat, meal, accessibility, adjoining-room and other special requests are subject to supplier confirmation and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
9. Website and account use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape content without permission, make fraudulent bookings, impersonate others or use the platform unlawfully. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
10. Intellectual property
SeeMyTrip names, logos, website design, text, software and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Supplier names and marks belong to their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service for its intended purpose.
11. Service interruptions and events beyond control
Travel can be affected by weather, strikes, government actions, public-health events, system failures, natural disasters and other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, available remedies depend on supplier rules and applicable law. SeeMyTrip will provide reasonable assistance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, SeeMyTrip is not responsible for independent supplier acts or omissions, indirect losses, missed connections caused by separately booked services, or losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by you. Any limitation will be applied only to the extent permitted by law.
13. B2B, franchise and corporate users
Agents, franchisees and corporate customers may be subject to a separate signed agreement, credit terms, platform rules or commercial schedule. If those documents conflict with these general terms, the specific signed terms govern that business relationship.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or agreed dispute-resolution provision that applies. Before formal proceedings, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
15. Updates
We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes. The revised version applies from the date displayed on this page. Terms attached to an already confirmed booking continue to apply as required by law and the booking conditions.
