5. Who we share information with
We may share only the information reasonably required with:
- Airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, insurers, visa and activity providers.

Independent suppliers may process personal data under their own privacy policies.
6. International processing
Travel is international by nature. Information may be sent to suppliers and service providers in the country of travel or other jurisdictions. Privacy protections may differ. We use appropriate contractual, security and legal measures where required and do not transfer data to a country or territory restricted by applicable law.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use essential cookies for security and site operation, preference cookies, and measurement technologies that help us understand performance. Where consent is required, optional technologies should be used according to your choice. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but some functions may not work correctly.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, booking fulfilment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, contractual claims and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction. Data is then deleted, anonymised or securely restricted unless continued retention is required by law.
9. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss and misuse. No online system is completely risk-free. You should protect account credentials and report suspicious activity promptly.
10. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law and verification, you may request information about processing, correction or completion of personal data, erasure where retention is no longer required, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal and nomination of another person to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity.
Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing and may prevent us from providing services that require the information. We may retain data where legally required or necessary for lawful claims.
11. Children
Travel bookings for children must be made by or with the authorisation of a parent or lawful guardian. We do not knowingly seek children’s data for unrelated profiling or behavioural advertising. Additional verified consent or safeguards will be used when required by applicable law.
12. Marketing choices
You can use the unsubscribe option in promotional email or contact us to update marketing preferences. Service messages about an active booking or account may still be sent because they are operational rather than promotional.
13. Privacy requests and grievances
Email your request to info@seemytrip.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. Describe the request and the email or telephone number connected to your account. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity before acting. Written correspondence may be addressed to SeeMyTrip, Hyderabad, India.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect service, legal or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
