• Traveller data: passport or visa information, loyalty numbers, preferences, itinerary, emergency contact and accessibility or meal requests.
• Booking and transaction data: searches, quotations, bookings, cancellations, refunds, invoices and payment status. Complete card credentials are handled by authorised payment providers where applicable.

You can use the unsubscribe option in promotional email or contact us to update marketing preferences. Service messages about an active booking or account may still be sent because they are operational rather than promotional.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity before acting. Written correspondence may be addressed to SeeMyTrip, Hyderabad, India.

We may update this policy to reflect service, legal or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
