Choose based on the service, independence, space and local connection your trip needs.

03What you can compare

The details that make
a stay work.

Look beyond the first nightly rate and compare the full experience and total conditions.

01

Location

Review the neighbourhood, nearby transport, distance from key places and suitability for your itinerary.

02

Room or entire property

Confirm whether you are booking a room, suite, shared home, apartment or exclusive-use villa.

03

Meals

Compare room-only, breakfast-inclusive and other available meal plans, including what each rate covers.

Depending on destination and availability, travellers may also find resorts, serviced apartments, aparthotels, hostels, guest houses, cottages and vacation rentals.

01
Serviced apartments

Residential space with selected hospitality services for business trips, relocations and longer stays.

02
Resorts

Destination-led properties with leisure facilities, dining and activities designed around the stay itself.

03
Guest houses & cottages

Smaller properties that can offer value, character and a quieter sense of place.

05How booking works

From destination to confirmed stay.

Check the property name, dates, guest count, room or unit type and rate conditions carefully before payment.

  1. 01
    Search your destination

Enter the city or area, check-in and check-out dates, rooms and number of guests.

  2. 02
    Compare the right properties

Use location, stay type, price, amenities and guest-policy information to narrow your choice.

  3. 03
    Review the complete rate

Confirm the room or unit, inclusions, taxes, cancellation conditions and any pay-at-property amount.

  4. 04
    Book & retain confirmation

Complete payment and keep the issued voucher and property contact details available for check-in.

06Match the stay to the trip

Different journeys need
different kinds of comfort.

01

Business trips

Prioritise transport access, reliable Wi-Fi, workspace, breakfast and flexible arrival options.

02

Family holidays

Look for suitable occupancy, connecting space, kitchens, pools and child-friendly policies.

03

Groups & celebrations

Consider villas or multi-room stays with shared living areas and clear event or visitor rules.

04

Longer stays

Compare laundry, kitchen, workspace, weekly servicing and the complete extended-stay cost.

07Before you book

Every property has its own rules.

Rates, taxes, deposits, resort fees, cleaning fees and inclusions vary by property and booking plan. Some amounts may be collected directly at check-in. Images may represent a property category rather than the exact room or unit assigned.

Homestays and villas may have host-arranged check-in, security deposits, quiet hours, kitchen or pool rules and different housekeeping schedules. Always review the property-specific conditions and provide an accurate guest count.

08Stay FAQs

Useful answers before check-in.

What is the difference between a homestay and a villa?

A homestay is usually a room, cottage or home with a stronger host or local-living element and may include shared areas. A villa generally offers more private, self-contained space and may include multiple bedrooms, living areas, a kitchen, garden or pool. Always check the individual listing.

Is a villa always booked exclusively?

No. Some listings offer an entire villa, while others may sell individual rooms or units within a villa property. Confirm “entire property” or exclusive-use wording before booking.

When is my stay confirmed?

Your stay is confirmed when payment requirements are completed and a booking voucher or confirmation is issued. Some properties may request additional guest or arrival information.

Can I change the guest name or dates?

Changes depend on property availability and the rate conditions. A price difference, property charge or service fee may apply, and some rates do not permit changes.

What should I carry for check-in?

Carry the booking confirmation and valid identification required by the property and local law. International guests may need passports and visas. The property may also require a payment card or refundable deposit.
