01Complex aviation made clearer

Private does not mean unrestricted.

Every charter depends on the route, passengers, payload, aircraft performance, airport or landing-site access, crew duty limits, weather and regulatory permission.

SeeMyTrip coordinates requirements with qualified aviation partners and helps clients compare practical options. Aircraft shown or discussed are illustrative until an operator, registration, crew and final quotation are confirmed. Safety, legal and operational decisions always remain with the authorised operator, pilot and relevant authorities.

Private fixed-wing aviation

Fly around the mission—not a published schedule.

Private jets and charter aircraft can support domestic and international travel, group movements and time-sensitive itineraries, subject to airport and airspace approvals.

03Choosing an aircraft

The smallest suitable aircraft
is not always the simplest.

Range, runway performance, passenger count, baggage, cabin needs and operating permissions determine the practical category.

01

Turboprop

Efficient regional operations and access to selected shorter runways, subject to performance.

02

Light jet

Private travel for smaller groups on suitable short- and medium-range sectors.

03

Mid-size jet

More cabin space, baggage capacity and range for longer domestic or regional missions.

04

Large-cabin jet

Long-range capability and enhanced cabin facilities for larger or intercontinental requirements.

05

Charter airliner

Dedicated group movement using larger aircraft and airport infrastructure suited to the operation.

Helicopter services

Reach closer when the route allows.

Helicopters can connect airports, cities, pilgrimage gateways, sites and events where an approved landing arrangement and safe operating conditions exist.

05Helicopter operations

A landing point is not automatically a helipad.

Site feasibility must be assessed by the operator and authorised where required. Space alone does not establish permission or safety.

01
Landing-site assessment

Dimensions, surface, obstacles, approach, crowd control and emergency access may be reviewed.

02
Payload & baggage

Passenger weight, fuel, altitude, temperature and small baggage limits affect capacity.

03
Daylight & weather

Visibility, wind, cloud, precipitation and authorised operating windows can change the plan.

04
Permissions & security

Aviation, local, property, event and security approvals may be required before operation.

06What both services can coordinate

Air movement connected
to the journey on the ground.

01

Ground transfers

Vehicles between terminal, hotel, venue or approved landing location when included.

02

Passenger handling

Manifest support, terminal instructions and operator-led check-in requirements.

03

Catering requests

Dietary and service requests communicated where aircraft facilities and lead time permit.

04

Multi-sector planning

Aircraft, helicopter and surface transport considered together for a realistic sequence.

07What shapes the quotation
01

Aircraft positioning

The aircraft may need to fly to the requested departure point before passengers board.

02

Flight time & sectors

Route distance, diversions, technical stops and return or onward operation affect pricing.

03

Airport & handling charges

Landing, parking, navigation, terminal, security, customs and local handling can vary.

04

Crew & waiting time

Duty limits, overnight stays, ground time and revised schedules can create additional costs.

05

Permissions & special services

International permits, medical configuration, ground equipment and bespoke handling may apply.

06

Taxes & currency

Applicable taxes, exchange rates and supplier validity periods affect the final amount.

08How an enquiry works

Give us the mission, not only the destination.

Accurate passenger, baggage, schedule and purpose details make an aviation quotation more meaningful.

  1. 01
    Share the requirement

Provide route, date, time, passenger count, nationality and journey purpose.

  2. 02
    Add operational details

Include baggage, mobility, catering, medical, landing or ground-transport needs.

  3. 03
    Review the proposal

Check aircraft category, operator, routing, inclusions, validity and conditions.

  4. 04
    Confirm & coordinate

Complete documents and payment so permits, handling, crew and ground support can proceed.

09Safety, weather & operational control

The safest decision may be to delay, divert or not fly.

The aircraft commander and authorised operator control operational and safety decisions. Weather, runway or helipad condition, airspace restrictions, permits, aircraft serviceability, crew duty limits and security can change or cancel a movement.

Aircraft substitution may occur with an appropriate alternative, subject to contract. Never pressure crew or operators to continue an operation they determine is unsafe or unlawful.

10Commitment & cancellation

Aircraft are reserved specifically for the mission.

Quotations are time-limited and availability can change until confirmed. Deposits, positioning, permits, catering, handling and supplier commitments may become non-refundable at different stages.

Cancellation, rescheduling, passenger changes, route changes and waiting charges are governed by the signed quotation and operator terms. Weather treatment also follows the applicable contract.

11Private aviation FAQs

Helpful answers before requesting a quotation.

What information is needed for a charter quote?

Share the route, dates, preferred times, passenger count, nationality, baggage, purpose and any special service or ground requirement.

Can a private aircraft use any airport?

No. Airport opening hours, runway performance, parking, customs, handling, permits and aircraft suitability must all be considered.

Can a helicopter land at my venue?

Only if the site is operationally suitable, lawfully approved and accepted by the operator. A site assessment and multiple permissions may be required.

How much baggage can I carry?

Limits depend on aircraft storage, passenger weight, fuel, route and conditions. Provide exact baggage dimensions and weights before confirmation.

Can medical transfers be arranged?

Requirements can be referred to specialised providers. The clinical team determines patient suitability, equipment, medical escort and transfer conditions.

Is the aircraft type guaranteed?

The confirmed contract identifies the planned aircraft or category and substitution terms. Operational substitution may be permitted under agreed conditions.
