09Safety & operating responsibility

The Chauffeur Must Follow Road And Duty Rules.

Transport is fulfilled by the confirmed mobility provider. Chauffeurs must comply with applicable traffic, licensing, rest, access and safety requirements. Passengers should not ask a chauffeur to speed, overload the vehicle, drive unlawfully or continue when conditions are unsafe.

Vehicle substitution may occur because of breakdown or operational necessity, with a comparable category sought where practical. Report emergencies to local emergency services first.

10Changes, delays & cancellation

Booked Capacity Is Reserved For A Particular Journey.

Cancellation and rescheduling fees depend on notice, supplier terms, location, vehicle category and peak demand. No-show charges may apply if the passenger cannot be located or contacted after the permitted waiting period.

Flight or train delays do not automatically extend every booking without charge. Notify support promptly so the partner can confirm whether the vehicle can wait or whether a revised service is needed.

11Cars & transfers FAQs

Helpful Answers Before Confirming.

Are tolls and parking included?

It depends on the quotation. The booking should identify whether tolls, airport parking, permits, state taxes and similar charges are included or payable separately.

Can I request a specific car model?

You may state a preference, but standard bookings usually guarantee a vehicle category rather than a particular make, model, colour or registration.

How much luggage will fit?

Capacity varies even within a vehicle category. Share the number and approximate size of all bags, along with passenger count, before confirmation.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Contact support as soon as possible. Waiting, reassignment or a new booking depends on tracking information, chauffeur availability and confirmed terms.

Can I add stops during the journey?

Ask the chauffeur and support team before changing the route. Extra distance, time, tolls or parking may be charged, and a point-to-point vehicle may have another assignment.

Is the service available for large groups?

Yes, subject to location and availability. Provide a passenger and baggage estimate so suitable tempo travellers, minibuses, coaches or multiple cars can be considered.

Can child seats or accessible vehicles be arranged?

Request them before booking. Availability, specifications and local regulations vary, so they are not confirmed unless stated in writing.
